Data Center Operations

The compute backbone for the AI era.

We are building dedicated data center capacity engineered for AI workloads — high-density, liquid-ready, and powered by our own waste-to-energy infrastructure. The ambition is to lead the category for sovereign AI compute in the Mediterranean and EU.

Leading the market in vertically-integrated AI compute.

Most data centers buy power. We generate it. By owning the energy layer — through our waste-to-energy program — we control cost, reliability, and the carbon profile of every rack we operate.

This is the foundation for a category-defining position: European-sovereign AI compute, powered by circular-economy infrastructure, sold to AI product companies that need guaranteed capacity and a defensible energy story.

From the source to the hall.

The compute hall does not exist in isolation — it exists because the energy facility feeds it. Scroll to watch the transformation: waste becomes power, power becomes the AI compute environment that runs on top of it.

Why we are the operator of choice.

01

Sovereign by design

EU-domiciled, EU-operated, EU-regulated. AI workloads that cannot leave the bloc have a natural home with us.

02

Owned power

Our waste-to-energy plants feed the racks directly. Fewer grid intermediaries means lower cost and a defensible carbon story.

03

Built for AI density

Liquid-cooled cabinets, high-density power distribution, and a fabric optimized for training and inference clusters.

04

Long-tenor contracts

Anchored by Eurostate's own AI product portfolio and offered to external operators under multi-year capacity agreements.

How the loop closes.

The AI build-out is constrained by power. The waste industry is constrained by what to do with the material. We solve both at once — taking the trash that costs municipalities money to discard, and converting it to the electricity that AI operators pay premium prices to secure.

  1. 01

    Intake

Municipal and industrial waste enters the facility. Sorted, dried, and prepared for thermal processing.

  2. 02

    Conversion

High-temperature combustion or gasification converts the feedstock to heat. Emissions are scrubbed to EU standards.

  3. 03

    Generation

Steam drives a turbine; the turbine drives a generator. Base-load electricity comes out the other side.

  4. 04

    Compute

Power is routed directly to Eurostate's adjacent AI data centers. No grid intermediary; no transmission loss.
